Execution Timeline (5 work days)

Day 1 Mobilize & Demo Start
Access prep, brush trim, erosion controls, begin concrete demo in short sections; base trench layout.
Day 2 Base & First Course
Finish demo/haul; compact base (6–8″ in lifts); set & level first course to ±⅛″.
Day 3 Drain + Build
4″ perf drain to daylight, #57 backfill; stack to 2–3 courses; install geogrid layer #1 at tall section.
Day 4 Grid #2 & Backfill
Continue courses; geogrid layer #2; staged backfill/compaction, alignment & batter checks.
Day 5 Caps & Finish
Set caps with adhesive; final grading, outlet protection, cleanup, walkthrough.
Weather or rock seams may push cap/finish to Day 6; contingency hours are priced in above.

Assumptions & Exclusions

  • Scope is derived strictly from the photo (~36′ × avg 4′). Engineering/permits not included here.
  • Drain assumed to daylight within ~40′. No fencing, lighting, or landscaping beyond final grading.
  • Unknown utilities, groundwater control, or additional haul-offs are change-order items.
